1.1 Which countries do you deliver to?

Elfie’s world delivery worldwide, but some items are prohibited from being sold/imported into the country. For such items, we have indicated which countries we do not ship to. You can find this information in the product description.

1.2 How long does Elfie’s world shipping take and how much does it cost?

The delivery time depend on country where the items need to be delivered and also from items type what need to be made, but average delivery time is from 5 days till 30 days.  The shipping to Europe, UK, Ireland, USA and Canada are for free. If you want to order to country what is not in our shipping list, then you can reach us out to customer@elfiesworld.com and we check if we can deliver this item and how much it could cost. If delivery will be possible then we will send to you a separate bill for shipping costs.

1.3 What are the conditions for Express Delivery?

We do not offer Express delivery.

1.4 Does Elfie’s ship to a PO box?

Currently, we do not offer delivery to PO boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery. If you do not expect to be at home at the indicated delivery time, you can contact the carrier with the tracking number of your shipment to arrange a delivery to an alternative delivery point (e.g. your neighbour or a collection point).

1.5 How do I track my Elfie’s world order?

You can track the shipment progress of your Elfie’s world order with the tracking information that was provided in the shipping confirmation email.

1.6 There is no update on my parcel.

The carrier tracking page is updated regularly. If you do not see any movement within 5 business days, please contact our customer service email:  customer@elfiesworld.com and team indicating your order number. We will work with our delivery partner to locate your parcel.

1.7 My parcel was supposed to be delivered, but I have not received it.

You should first have a look at the delivery location details on the tracking provided in your shipping confirmation email, or on your Elfie’s world account. It is possible that your order was delivered to a collection point or a neighbour.

If this is not the case, please reach out to our email: customer@elfiesworld.com . We will work with our delivery partner to locate your parcel.

1.8. The carrier tracking indicates that my parcel is being returned. Can you resend it?

It is possible that your parcel is being returned, e.g. due to an error in the address that was provided.

Yes, we can resend it again, but in this case you must cover shipping costs to your address. Please reach us out at our e-mail: customer@elfiesworld.com and we send you a bill. After we will receive payment, we will send out your order again.

1.9 What if the items are damaged by carrier?

If something arrives damaged, send to us a photo of the damaged goods and order number to customer@elfiesworld.com , then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

1.10 Can I change my delivery address?

The delivery address can only be modified within a short time frame after the order confirmation.
If you spot a mistake in your address, please contact us by email: customer@elfiesworld.com as soon as possible and provide your order number.

If you receive a shipping confirmation via email, your parcel has already left our warehouse. At this point, we can no longer correct your delivery address.

In this case we advise you to contact the carrier directly. You can find the respective carrier by clicking on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It is often possible to either provide them missing information or to choose an alternative delivery point (e.g. your neighbour or a collection point).
