2.1 How do I return my items to Elfie’s world?
Before to return your items, please contact us by email: customer@elfiesworld.com and inform us about items what you would like to return, the reason of return, pictures/video and order number. But do remember that we are print on demand company and personalised/custom made items are excluded from the legal cancellation right. As these articles are created especially for you, they can only be returned in case of manufacturing or material faults. But we understand that may have situations when item could be to small or to big - in this case we suggest to sell this item by yourself and for your invested time we offer to you a discount for your new order.
2.2 How much time do I have to return my items?
In case if items are with manufacturing or material faults, you can return your Elfie’s world items within 14 days after the received parcel.
2.3 Where can I return my items?
You can drop off your parcel at any access point of the carrier printed on your Return Label.
2.4 Are there items that cannot be refunded?
We are print on demand company and personalised/custom made items are excluded from the legal cancellation right. As these articles are created especially for you, they can only be returned in case of manufacturing or material faults.
2.5 Is the return shipping free?
In case if items are with manufacturing or material faults, you can return your Elfie’s world items free of charge. To do so, please, inform us about your wish and we will send to you return label without extra charge.
2.6 Can I exchange my Elfie’s world items online?
We are print on demand company and for that reason currently, we cannot process the direct exchange of products.
